Plantar Fasciitis is inflammation of the plantar fascia, which is a thick ligament that spans the bottom of your foot from your heel bone to the base of each of your toes.
For most people they will refer to it as “heel pain” or “arch pain”, which is usually most prominent at the time of their first step when they get out of bed or begin walking after sitting down for a prolonged period of time.
This condition is incredibly common–so much so that it is expected to affect at least 1/10 people at some point in their life. Unfortunately, in spite of that, so many still continue to deal with the ongoing pain even after seeing a provider.
I have developed a treatment approach that is incredibly effective and targets the cause of why you have the pain in the first place instead of just treating the symptoms. You can read what I have written regarding proper footwear for those with Plantar Fasciitis here. Also, you can read my completely FREE road map to relieving your heel pain called, “The 4-Step Formula to Fix Your Heel Pain in 90 Days“. I made it for my patients to give them insight into what the research does (or doesn’t) say about the conventional treatment options and lay out my formula for a treatment approach that actually treats the underlying cause so you can stop heel pain in its tracks for good. Enjoy.
